Preserving Heritage, McMahon’s Point

Our project at McMahons Point is currently underway and involves retaining the existing heritage listed cottage built in the 1880’s whilst constructing additional floor space beneath the building and to the surrounding site.

This was no easy feat, whereby we constructed a temporary steel structure to straighten and prop the existing building while excavation works happened below.

With excavation work now complete, and the cottage at ground level we were able to raise the structural framework. Cladding and external finishes will be underway shortly.

We look forward to seeing this incredible project come to life.
